Designed for delegates to gain an understanding of TQS and the evidence it expects from applicants, it covers:

• The Scoring Methodology
• The Certification Process
• Tips on writing a successful application
There will also be an opportunity to ask specific questions to the experienced, licensed lead assessor who’ll be running the session.
